I enter a state of bliss when I color with my colored pencils. I love blending the colors, choosing the complimentary or contrasting colors and watching as the plain black and white image transforms in a burst of color. It is the process, not the final product, though, that brings on the calm, meditative state of bliss. It is an inexpensive form of therapy.
