Photo101: Day 9:Warm & Quality of Light

A wall of forsythia bushes line one side of my backyard. Right now, they are covered with bright yellow blossoms, which are slowly giving way to spring-green leaves. I waited until the “golden hour”  this evening to capture them in the warmest light possible.

  1. We have Yellow Guayacan trees here that are a similar colour. They lose their leaves and bloom in Dry Season. The blossoms only last a very short time also because the wind whips them away. Nature is sometimes so fleeting isn’t it?

I like the close up the best. 🙂
